Digital guides
When you purchase a digital guide, a secure download link appears immediately after checkout and remains available in your account library. If a file doesn't open, is corrupted, or isn't what the description promised, email us within 30 days for a full refund or a fixed file — whichever you prefer.
Memberships
Membership plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime from your account page (Manage billing). Cancellation stops future charges immediately; access continues through the end of the period already paid for. If you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right, including refunding unintended charges.
Print-on-demand orders
Apparel, totes, and mugs are printed just for you by our production partner after your order is placed. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind on correct items — but if anything went wrong on our side, you're covered.
Community board
The member board is a kind, serious space. Be courteous; no harassment, spam, fortune-telling-for-pay, or content contrary to the spirit of the site. We may remove posts that violate this and may cancel memberships that repeatedly do.
