What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. When you make a purchase, payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of your purchases so you can re-download your files.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie (ca_session) to keep you signed in. It contains no personal data beyond a random session identifier. We do not use advertising cookies on member pages; some public pages may carry third-party ad code that sets its own cookies under those providers' policies.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your email address or personal information.
- We never share your identity with other members. Community board posts show only your email address to signed-in members.
- We never send marketing email you didn't ask for. Account emails relate only to your purchases and membership.
Payments & subscriptions
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's privacy policy. Subscription cancellations take effect through the billing portal linked from your account page.
Deleting your data
You may request deletion of your account and associated records at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your records promptly; transaction records we must retain for tax and fraud-prevention purposes are reduced to the minimum.
