The Christian Zodiac: Finding Christ's Gospel in the Heavens

Long before the written scriptures were codified on parchment, ancient believers looked up into the night sky to remember the promises of God. Scholars such as Frances Rolleston, Joseph Seiss (The Gospel in the Stars), and E.W. Bullinger demonstrated that the 12 signs tell an orderly story of redemption.

The cycle begins in Virgo (Betulah, the Virgin bearing the Promised Seed, Isaiah 7:14) and concludes triumphantly in Leo (Aryeh, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah conquering the ancient adversary, Revelation 5:5).

Between these two celestial poles lies the entire gospel narrative: the price paid in Libra, the spiritual warfare of Scorpio trampled by the Redeemer, the sacrifice of the goat in Capricorn yielding living fish, and the living water poured out in Aquarius.

When understood through this Christocentric lens, the stars cease to be a source of pagan confusion and become a profound testament of praise.
